There is a super premium local brand called Happy Face! I heard all about the brand from all the locals who boast about its high quality and unique flavors. It was certainly hard to choose a flavor - but i had to try the ice cream cupcake. The first one i tried was carrot cake, cheese cake ice cream and cream cheese frosting on top. Holy amaziness. Then i went for the peanut butter cup that had chocolate chip cake, peanut butter ice cream and a rich chocolate fudge on top. All i gottah say is im going back to st thomas just to eat one.
