Turkey Hill Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Review
October 14th, 2006Turkey Hill Vanilla Bean comes out of Lancaster County, PA. I discovered it at Shopper’s and bought it specifically because it didn’t have any gums or artificial ingredients. I’m glad I bought it. It is spectacular. It’s much lighter and fluffier than most vanilla ice cream (especially compared to Haagen Dazs) but that also means it’s lighter in calories. It’s extremely creamy and I’m their new biggest fan.

I was just reading about Turkey Hill on their web site:
http://www.turkeyhill.com/products/ice-cream.asp
It says “We make sure that each and every ***half-gallon*** of premium ice cream lives up to the Turkey Hill name.” and then lists several of their flavors in 1.75 quart cartons.
